I love getting lost in a book. In many ways it is transcendent. It helps me slow down, shift my attitude and that's even more true when the writing is excellent. My desire is that everyone will develop a love for reading by finding their perfect fit in a piece of literature or author, which is partly what I hope this space will do for you.

EDUCATION

I believe education is an integral part of self-empowerment, but I also have a profound love for books and reading.  As an educator I realize the tremendous opportunity to engage people in the love of books as a method to not just learn, but amplify the human experience and connect us through shared stories. All of these elements brought me to start Vangie Luvs Books.

COMMUNITY

Ever since I launched this project, the reading community has embraced the notion of sharing their passion for books as a method to reignite our power through literature, as well as inspire others to embrace the joy of reading. Additionally, @Vangieluvsbooks, my Instagram account, has been thriving and has quickly gained a loyal following.
